Out of Stock/Backorder
If you place an order while the item you selected is out of stock, we will send you an email to offer a remedy.
Order Cancellation and Changes
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please contact us at info@kmonicosmetics.com
Order Tracking & Provided Address
When your order is shipped, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track and pick up your package.
Please make sure that your shipping information is up-to-date before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by customer.
What shipping method do you use?
The majority of our packages are shipped by USPS. However some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier.
Temperature Sensitive Products
During the summer months, some products including coconut oil scrubs or glycerin based soaps MAY become very warm in transit which may cause it to sweat, melt or separate due to warmer temperatures. KMONI is not responsible if the products arrive melted or in this condition. In most cases the product will return to its normal state once cooled, and will still be of good use without any effect on the quality. Please note, we are not able to replace or refund these items if they melt or sweat in transit. Keep in mind that if the product is stored in direct sunlight or kept in hot conditions it will also melt, so please keep those products in a cool dry area.
